Jordan Daily – Ministry of Education is investing heavily in the construction of new schools, with 41 new institutions, housing 654 classrooms, set to open for the next academic year at a cost of around JD 71 million , according to Issam Abu Ahmada, Director of the Department of Buildings and International Projects.
The Ministry is also funding 24 additional projects to provide 150 more classrooms and 39 kindergarten rooms, costing approximately 7 million dinars and 4 million dinars respectively.
The move is part of Jordan’s ongoing efforts to improve its educational infrastructure and accommodate a growing student population.
