Jordan Daily – Amman public prosecutor on Tuesday ordered the detention of a former minister’s brother in connection with an assault on journalist Fares al-Habashneh.
Security forces are still searching for two other suspects linked to the case, lawyer Fadi al-Awamleh told reporters, adding that the number of detainees has now risen to six.
Al-Habashneh was attacked last month by a group of masked men outside his home in Amman.
