Jordan Daily – Jordan Meteorological Department said on Wednesday that the King Hussein International Airport area in Aqaba recorded a new all-time high temperature of 49.6 degrees celsius, surpassing the previous record of 48.5 set in 2020.
In its daily bulletin of maximum temperatures recorded up to 6 p.m. local time, the department said Deir All, Jordan Valley registered the second-highest reading at 47.9 degrees.
