Jordan Daily – Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen.Yousef Ahmed Hunaiti , emphasized that the Jordan’s borders are equipped with the latest technology, including advanced surveillance equipment, weapons, and communication systems, ensuring the ability to monitor and respond to any potential threats.
He affirmed that the armed forces are fully prepared to confront anyone attempting to compromise Jordan’s security and stability.
Al-Hunaiti also highlighted that efforts to modernize and enhance border security infrastructure are ongoing, in line with strategic plans that reflect the royal vision and directives.
The general’s remarks came during a visit on Tuesday to the 11th Royal Border Guard Battalion, part of the Northern Military Zone, where he was welcomed by the zone’s commander.
