Jordan Daily - Jordan will host the Fintech Summit Middle East 2026 next week, bringing together regional and global leaders in banking, technology and regulation as the Middle East accelerates its push toward digital finance.
The one-day event, scheduled for April 29 at the Fairmont Hotel in Amman, is expected to convene hundreds of participants from across the financial services ecosystem, including banks, fintech startups, investors and policymakers.
Organisers describe the summit as a platform to “accelerate financial innovation” by fostering collaboration between traditional financial institutions and emerging technology players.
The gathering comes at a time when the Middle East’s fintech sector is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by advances in artificial intelligence, digital payments and regulatory reform. Industry events across the region have multiplied as governments and private investors seek to position the Middle East as a global hub for financial technology.
More than 300 professionals are expected to attend the Amman summit, representing sectors ranging from payments and digital banking to e-commerce and financial infrastructure.
The agenda includes keynote speeches, panel discussions and networking sessions aimed at turning strategy into practical outcomes, with topics such as scaling fintech innovation, regulatory frameworks and cross-sector partnerships.
Jordan has emerged as a growing fintech hub within the Levant, supported by an expanding startup ecosystem and increasing regulatory engagement, making it a natural host for the event.
