Jordan Daily - Tawqi3i signed a memorandum of understanding with 35D, the information technology arm of Aqaba Digital Hub, to develop digital trust solutions in Jordan and across the region, the companies said on Thursday.

The partnership will focus on developing, hosting and operating digital trust platforms at Aqaba Digital Hub, including digital signature services, remote signing solutions and public key infrastructure (PKI)-based technologies, Tawqi3i said in a statement seen by Jordan Daily.

The agreement also covers Hardware Security Module-as-a-Service (HSMaaS) solutions aimed at providing secure infrastructure for digital key management, electronic signatures and the protection of sensitive systems and transactions for financial, banking, government and private-sector clients.

The companies said they will study expanding digital signature services through a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and explore regional growth opportunities from Jordan into wider Middle East markets.

Tawqi3i Chief Executive Sami Al Rasikh said the partnership would help expand trusted digital signature services using Aqaba Digital Hub’s advanced infrastructure.

Aqaba Digital Hub Chief Business Officer Amin Al Khawaldeh said the collaboration strengthens the hub’s role as a platform supporting digital trust solutions through high-reliability infrastructure and cloud services.

Aqaba Digital Hub operates Tier III-certified neutral data centres with a 12-megawatt capacity designed to support AI applications and regional digital services.
