Jordan Daily - King Hussein Business Park and The Luxury Pavilions Real Estate LLC have signed a long-term investment and development agreement to build a mixed-use commercial complex at King Hussein Business Park.

The agreement was signed by Ammar Izziddin, Chief Executive Officer of King Hussein Business Park, and Thamer Alserhan, Managing Partner of The Luxury Pavilions Real Estate LLC, Pavilions said in a statement seen by Jordan Daily.

The project, known as The Pavilions, will comprise three floors of restaurants, cafés and retail outlets, complemented by landscaped outdoor spaces designed in accordance with EDGE green building standards.

Located within King Hussein Business Park in the Dabouq district of north Amman, the development is intended to serve both the business community and the wider public as a dining and lifestyle destination.

The Pavilions will bring together a curated collection of restaurants, cafés and lifestyle concepts in an architecturally distinctive setting centred around landscaped open spaces, generous terraces and a signature rooftop, offering visitors a venue designed for dining, leisure and social gatherings rather than a conventional shopping centre.

King Hussein Business Park is one of Jordan's leading business hubs, hosting local and international companies across a range of sectors. The Luxury Pavilions Real Estate LLC is developing the project as a premium, multi-tenant destination focused on dining, retail and lifestyle experiences.
