Jordan Daily – The Department of Palestinian Affairs (DPA) has launched an online platform to provide electronic services to Palestinian refugees living in camps across the kingdom, its director general Engineer Rafiq Kharfan said on Sunday.
Kharfan added the platform, which went live this year after a year-long trial, offers 33 services ranging from royal grants and Gaza family reunions to building permits and professional licenses.
“The platform aims to save effort and time for the service recipients and facilitate their access to various services,” Kharfan noted, adding the users can register and log in to the platform through the department’s website and submit their service requests online.
