Jordan Daily – Civil Defence teams extinguished a fire at a perfume shop in the Marka, east of the capital, on Monday evening, the Public Security Directorate’s spokesperson said.
The blaze left three people dead and five injured, the spokesperson added. The deceased were taken to a nearby hospital along with the injured, who were receiving treatment.
Public Security has opened an investigation into the cause of the fire.
