Jordan Daily – Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi met with his French counterpart Jean-Noël Barrot ahead of a France-led international conference on Lebanon.
They called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon, discussing efforts to end Israel’s military actions in Gaza and support displaced Lebanese.
Safadi emphasized the need for international action to stop the aggression on Gaza, calling it a humanitarian catastrophe. He praised France’s decision to halt arms exports to Israel and its support for a ceasefire.
The ministers also discussed boosting humanitarian aid to Gaza and enhancing bilateral cooperation.
