Jordan Daily – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi met Romanian Foreign Minister Luminita Odobescu in Amman on Thursday to discuss enhancing bilateral ties and regional de-escalation efforts.
The ministers agreed to renew the educational and cultural cooperation program, which includes scholarships for Jordanian students, and to sign new agreements in food security, tourism, and labor sectors.
Safadi highlighted the need to halt hostilities in Gaza and Lebanon, with both ministers emphasizing humanitarian assistance efforts in these areas.
They also reiterated their commitment to continued cooperation within the European Union framework.
