Jordan Daily – Mahmoud Al-Zaben, Director of the Information Systems and Technology Department at the Independent Election Commission (IEC), revealed that, for the first time in the history of Jordanian elections, polling results will be announced in real time via a dedicated platform.
In televised remarks, Al-Zaben said that once the vote counting is completed at each polling center, the committee chair will announce the results, which will then be immediately published on the commission’s website.
He added that the commission has prepared an online platform where citizens can access results data at multiple levels, including down to individual ballot boxes.
Al-Zaben further explained that results will be entered immediately after each box is counted and verified, making the data available to the public without delay.
