Jordan Daily – German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier is set to visit Jordan on Tuesday, following his trip to Riyadh, according to a statement from the German embassy in Amman.
During the visit, Steinmeier will deliver urgently needed medical supplies for Jordanian field hospitals in Gaza, the embassy said.
He is also scheduled to meet with King Abdullah II on Wednesday.
Germany, a key contributor to humanitarian aid in Gaza, works closely with Jordan to support relief efforts in the region, the embassy added.
After his visit to Jordan, Steinmeier will continue his travels to Ankara.
