Government targets 3.5 million activated digital identities by 2025

Jordan Daily – Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship announced on Wednesday that nearly 900,000 Jordanians have activated their digital identities via the government’s “Sanad” app to date.

The ministry urged citizens to activate their digital identities to benefit from all the services provided by the app free of charge.

It also stated that the app allows users to access their digital documents, personal digital information, and perform numerous digital government services anytime and anywhere.

The government aims to reach 3.5 million activated digital identities and complete the automation of all government services by 2025, according to the public sector modernization plan launched by the government.
