By : Sridhar Rajagopal

Jordan Daily – Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd Co., today is the largest apparel manufacturer in the entire Middle East & North Africa. The Company has so far created employment opportunities for over 36,000 people within its 26 factories in Jordan.

In the year 2018, Classic Fashion was instrumental in formation of the HR Manager’s Forum, a consortium of human resources professionals from various companies in Jordan, who meet
at regular intervals for trainings, best-practices sharing etc., This Forum played a very crucial role during the Covid times, and was probably the only platform that provided seamless communication between and among garment factories in Jordan.

The forum continues to serve as a hub fostering discussions on emerging HR trends, policies, and strategies that enhance workplace culture and employee well-being. Through regular interactions, workshops, and networking sessions, HR leaders will gain valuable insights to navigate evolving workforce challenges. In April 2025, this Forum is conducting a training program for Recruitment Agents from around the world, who provide manpower to the apparel industry here in Jordan.

By uniting HR professionals, Classic Fashion reinforces its commitment to excellence in people management, talent development, and sustainable HR solutions. The forum aspires to
uplift industry standards, ensuring progressive and people-centric HR practices that contribute to business success and employee growth.

The Trade Union continues to be an active participant in this Forum, bringing in the important dimension of worker’s welfare and
wellbeing.
