Jordan Daily – As part of efforts to strengthen academic relations and foster cooperation between Jordanian universities, Ibn Sina University for Medical Sciences participated in the Scientific Day organized by the Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences at Jadara University under the theme “Advances in Medical Sciences.”
The event was attended by Professor Dr. Darwish Badran, President of Ibn Sina University, alongside Jadara University President Professor Dr. Habes Al-Zboon, Vice President Professor Dr. Iman Al-Bashiti, deans of various faculties at Jadara University, the Dean of Medicine, and the Dean of Scientific Research at Ibn Sina University, as well as several prominent academic figures.
In his welcoming remarks, Professor Al-Zboon highlighted the vital role of allied medical sciences in developing students’ skills and enhancing their contributions to the medical community.
Professor Darwish Badran, in his address, expressed his gratitude to Jadara University for the warm reception and exceptional organization, praising its efforts to promote academic innovation. He also emphasized the importance of perseverance and a positive mindset for students in achieving academic and professional success, noting Ibn Sina University’s core values, which focus on fostering independence and teamwork among its students.
The event featured scientific lectures, panel discussions, and an exhibition showcasing supporting companies and medical laboratories. The event concluded with Professor Habes Al-Zboon presenting awards to the participants in recognition of their contributions to the success of the Scientific Day.
