Jordan Daily – The University of Jordan – Aqaba and the Irish Embassy in Jordan explored ways to boost cooperation in higher education and scientific research on Monday.
Ambassador of Ireland Marianne Bolger and the university’s vice president, Dr. Nazeh Al-Btoush discuss means of fostering academic, scientific and cultural ties between the two sides, a university statement said.
Al-Btoush said the university, which has various research units and centers, seeks to exchange experiences and knowledge with international and Irish educational and research institutions through joint projects and visits, the statement added.
Bolger expressed the embassy’s willingness to support the cooperation and facilitate the partnership in scientific research and data exchange, according to the statement.
