The collaboration integrates Truecaller’s Customer Experience Solution into JoAcademy’s outreach efforts, enabling verified calls with branded identity and localized features in Arabic. The goal is to reduce confusion around unidentified calls and improve the quality of student interactions, Truecaller said in a statement.
