Jordan Daily – Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates on Wednesday voiced deep concern over the ongoing developments in Libya.
In a statement, ministry spokesperson Ambassador Dr. Sufian Qudah reaffirmed Jordan’s full support for Libya’s security, stability, and territorial integrity. He urged all parties to de-escalate tensions in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, and to safeguard the unity and resources of the Libyan people.
Qudah also confirmed that all Jordanian nationals residing or present in Libya are safe, while urging them to exercise caution, avoid conflict areas, and maintain contact with the Jordanian embassy in Tunis or the ministry’s operations center.
