Jordan Daily – Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates voiced disappointment after the U.N. Security Council failed to pass a ceasefire resolution for Gaza, thwarted by a U.S. veto.
The resolution, tabled by Algeria for the Arab bloc, aimed to halt the conflict that has seen over 29,000 civilian casualties.
Spokesperson Dr. Sufian Al-Qudah criticized the council’s repeated inaction, underscoring the urgent need for adherence to international law to end the humanitarian crisis.
