Jordan Daily – Jordan cut its oil imports by 15.1% in the first 10 months of this year, as its oil bill fell to JD 2.587 billion from JD 3.048 billion in the same period last year, official data showed on Wednesday.
Fuel and mineral oils accounted for the largest share of oil imports, at JD J839 million , followed by crude oil at JD 653 million and gasoline at JD 563 million , the data showed.
Jordan also imported JD 499 million worth of diesel and JD 32 million worth of lubricating oils in the January-October period, the data showed.
