Jordan Daily – The Jordan Summer Festival will launch on Friday, running through the end of August across all governorates, the Ministry of Culture announced in a statement.

The festival features a wide range of activities for all age groups, including children’s entertainment, face painting, handicrafts bazaars, local product showcases, musical performances, and traditional folkloric shows by national and popular troupes.

Events will be held at key cultural and public venues across the country, including the Roman Theater, Jubaiha Gardens, and the Tank Museum in Amman; Prince Mohammad City for Youth and Russeifa Park in Zarqa; Aqaba Bin Nafeh Square in Balqa; the Hashemite Square in Jerash; and various locations in Ajloun, Irbid, Mafraq, Madaba, Karak, Tafileh, Ma’an, Petra, and Aqaba.

Culture Minister Mustafa Rawashdeh said the festival aims to boost cultural and tourism activity in Amman and the governorates while supporting local families by providing a platform for showcasing their products.

Rawashdeh described the festival as a cultural, artistic, and tourism event that highlights Jordanian creativity and talent, promoting the country’s unique musical and artistic identity.

Established in 2019, the festival seeks to create joyful and celebratory atmospheres that reflect Jordan’s rich cultural heritage.
