Jordan Daily – Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates is closely monitoring the situation of Jordanians in Lebanon through its hotlines and has reiterated its call for them to leave the country immediately for their safety, ensuring their safe return to Jordan, ministry spokesperson Sufian Qudah confirmed.
Ambassador Qudah said that 1,199 Jordanian nationals and 2,541 accompanying individuals of other nationalities have registered on the ministry’s platform since the crisis began.
The ministry estimates that there are 2,600 Jordanians currently in Lebanon, although the actual number is believed to be around 4,000, citing difficulties in registration.
