By : JD News Desk

Jordan Daily – Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Safadi, said early Sunday that Jordan will resist any attempts to forcibly displace the Palestinian people, either within the occupied territories or beyond, using all its capabilities. Safadi emphasized that Israel bears sole responsibility for the dangerous escalation in the region.

In a post on the social media platform X, Safadi condemned Israel’s ongoing military aggression in the occupied West Bank, describing it as part of a broader plan driven by the extremist, racist ideology of the current Israeli government.

“We condemn this aggression and reject the false claims promoted by racist Israeli ministers to justify it. We call on the international community to act immediately to curb Israeli aggression, protect the Palestinian people from occupation, its killers, and arrogance, and prevent the region from suffering catastrophic consequences,” Safadi stated.

He further asserted that Israel’s justifications for its actions in the West Bank are baseless, condemning what he described as the fabrications by extremist Israeli ministers who make threats to legitimize their violence against Palestinians and destruction of their resources.

Safadi concluded by identifying the Israeli occupation of Palestinian land, its crimes against the Palestinian people, and its escalation in the region as the greatest threats to peace and security , noting that Jordan is coordinating with its allies to take all necessary steps to counter Israeli aggression and halt its war against the Palestinian people and the broader regional threat it poses.
