Jordan Daily – Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates welcomed the announcement of Syria’s new government, expressing hope that it would meet the aspirations of the Syrian people for freedom, equality, dignity, and peace after years of suffering.
Ministry spokesperson Ambassador Dr. Sufian Qudah reaffirmed Jordan’s commitment to strengthening cooperation with the new Syrian government across various fields, reflecting the deep-rooted and strategic ties between the two countries, emphasizing the importance of building relations based on mutual respect, support, and trust while addressing all issues in a way that serves the interests of both countries.
Qudah reiterated Jordan’s firm stance in supporting Syria’s reconstruction on foundations that safeguard its security, unity, and stability.
