Jordan Daily – Saud Qabilat, Secretary-General of the Jordanian Communist Party, has submitted his resignation to the party’s central committee, citing irreconcilable differences with party leadership.
Qabilat stated that he had reached a “dead end” in discussions with other leaders, failing to find common ground or develop effective working mechanisms.
The resignation follows the party’s unsuccessful bid in the parliamentary elections held on September 10, where it did not secure any seats.
