Jordan Daily – Jordan’s cosmetic industry is set to make its debut at an international beauty expo in Dubai on Monday, where local firms will display their expertise in products made from the Dead Sea.
The participation, organized by the Jordan Exporters Association (JEA) with support from a USAID-funded project, aims to boost and diversify national exports in the cosmetics sector, JEA President Ahmad Khudari said in a statement on Sunday.
He said the expo would also help Jordanian businesses expand their reach in international markets and learn from industry leaders.
Jordan has a growing cosmetics manufacturing sector that specializes in products that use the healing properties of the Dead Sea, which have gained popularity and recognition abroad for their quality and affordability.
