Jordan Daily – Newton Insurance’s Board of Directors has appointed Dr. Khaled Al Fares as the General Manager.
Dr. Al Fares, a longstanding member of Jordan International Insurance and a seasoned industry veteran with 30 years of experience in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, has played a significant role in overseeing the exponential growth of the GCC insurance industry, particularly in response to their universal healthcare program.
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Faris Gammoh, praised Dr. Al Fares’ expertise, stating that since joining as an advisor in March 2023, he has successfully turned the company’s results around. As a result of Dr. Al Fares’ efforts, the mid-year 2023 results have returned to profitability.
