Jordan Daily – Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh reaffirmed, during his meeting with his Palestinian counterpart Mohammed Mustafa on Sunday, Jordan’s ongoing efforts under the leadership of King Abdullah II to support Palestinian rights and call for an immediate halt to the brutal Israeli aggression on Gaza.
Al-Khasawneh emphasized the necessity of transitioning towards a political horizon that guarantees the establishment of an independent, fully sovereign, and viable Palestinian state, based on the June 4, 1967 lines, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
Al-Khasawneh and Mustafa chaired an expanded meeting that included ministers from both countries to discuss enhancing bilateral relations in various fields. They agreed to hold a meeting for the Jordanian-Palestinian Joint Higher Committee soon.
