Jordan Daily – King Abdullah II welcomed Syrian President Ahmad Al-Sharaa upon his arrival at Marka Airport on Wednesday for an official visit to the kingdom.
The reception was attended by Prince Ghazi bin Muhammad, His Majesty’s chief adviser for religious and cultural affairs and personal envoy along with Prime Minister Dr. Jafar Hassan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ayman Safadi, and the Director of His Majesty the King’s Office Engineer Alaa Al-Batayneh.
Accompanying the Syrian president were Foreign Minister Asaad Al-Shaibani and several other officials.
