Jordan Daily – Jordan will see cold and partly cloudy weather on Thursday, with showers in the north and west and moderate southwesterly winds, the Meteorological Department said.
It warned of slippery roads and low visibility due to fog in some areas.
Temperatures will drop further on Friday as a low pressure system brings stormy and heavy rain, thunder and hail to most of the country, it said.
It also issued a high alert for flash floods and rising water levels in the valleys and low-lying areas, especially the Dead Sea region.
