Jordan Dailly – Mohammad Al-Zyoud, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Labor, announced that a total of 767 complaints related to private schools have been received by the ministry. Out of these, 574 complaints have been successfully resolved.
Al-Zyoud clarified that the process of addressing these complaints typically takes a minimum of 10 working days to reach a final resolution.
He further highlighted there is an electronic platform designed to handle and receive complaints and serves as a secure means for submitting complaints.
The ministry receives complaints through this online platform as well as through inspection teams that conduct on-site visits. Al-Zyoud emphasized that no complaint, regardless of its nature, is neglected or disregarded by the ministry.
