Jordan Daily – Ministry of Labor announced it will deport any non-Jordanian student caught working in violation of labor laws starting April 1, 2025.
Ministry spokesperson Mohammad Al-Zyoud warned that students must stick to their studies, while employers hiring them face fines of at least JD 800 per violation.
Authorities, in coordination with the Interior Ministry and police, have already detected several violations, with inspections set to continue.
