Jordan Daily – A new non-profit organization, Reesha, was launched in Amman on Monday to promote art as a tool for social and psychological empowerment across Jordan.
Founded by Jackleem Jayosee, Reesha aims to provide free art education and activities for underprivileged communities, including people with disabilities, refugees, and residents of remote areas, Reesha said in a press release received by Jordan Daily.
The launch event drew representatives from UNESCO, the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, and several embassies, who praised the initiative’s focus on community empowerment through creativity.
Jayosee said Reesha aligns with the vision of King Abdullah II and Crown Prince Al Hussein to foster creativity and youth empowerment, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to inclusive artistic expression under the Hashemite banner.
