Jordan Daily – Dr. Nizar Haddad, former Director General of the National Agricultural Research Center (NARC) , was awarded the King Abdullah II Award for Best Director General in 2024.
The award ceremony, held under the royal patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah II, was attended by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, and Prince Faisal.
This recognition marks a notable achievement, as Dr. Haddad secured both the individual award for best director general and the award for the institution he once led. NARC had recently been honored with the Second-Class Medal of Excellence during Jordan’s Independence Day celebrations.
