Jordan Daily – The UN refugee agency (UNHCR) on Monday dismissed circulating rumors about the deportation of Syrian refugees from Zaatari camp, calling them false and misleading.
UNHCR confirmed there are no plans to close the Zaatari or Azraq camps, nor to forcibly return refugees to Syria. “Return to Syria is entirely voluntary,” the agency said, stressing that no one will be forced to leave.
