Jordan Daily – On Friday, the Oil Products Pricing Committee at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources discussed increasing the prices of some oil derivatives in January.
During the meeting, which was chaired by the secretary-general of the ministry, Amani Al-Azzam, the committee studied the global prices for crude oil and oil products for January 2021 compared to their prices in December 2021.
The price of one liter of both types of unleaded gasoline, octane-90 and octane-95, increased by JD0.015 and will be sold for JD0.850 and JD1.085 respectively.
Meanwhile, based on directives from the government, the committee kept the diesel prices at 615 fils per liter and the price of kerosene at 615 fils per liter. In addition, the committee also held the price of gas cylinders at JD7 per cylinder.
