Jordan Daily – Optimiza, a Jordan-based systems integration and digital transformation solutions provider, has signed a strategic contract worth over $10 million in Saudi Arabia through one of its subsidiaries operating in the kingdom.
The deal involves the installation and equipping of offices and meeting rooms with network systems, security devices, fire alarm systems, and audio-visual solutions. The project is expected to significantly boost the company’s profitability over the next two years, Optimiza said in a disclosure to Amman Stock Exchange.
The contract underscores Optimiza’s growing presence in the region, leveraging its 42 years of experience and a team of more than 450 experts to deliver innovative technology and consulting solutions across multiple industries.
The announcement comes alongside the release of Optimiza’s 2024 financial results, which showed improvement in performance.
The company, a subsidiary of Al-Faris National Company for Investment & Export, reported revenue of JD 24.5 million, up from JD 21.5 million the previous year, with net income after tax rising to JD 710,207 from JD150,255 in 2023. Gross profit also increased to $4.1 million from $3.1 million, despite higher administrative and finance costs.
