Jordan Daily – More than 1.59 million students in Jordan returned to school on Sunday, marking the start of the 2024/2025 academic year for public schools across the country. Approximately 4,083 public schools opened their doors to students across all governorates.
Meanwhile, private school students are set to begin their academic year at the start of next month. Teachers in private schools will resume their duties on August 25, according to the official academic calendar for the 2024/2025 school year.
The Ministry of Education announced that it has completed all necessary preparations for the new school year, including welcoming students, distributing textbooks, and allocating classrooms and teaching staff across schools.
