Jordan Daily – The number of Syrian refugees returning from neighboring countries is slowly increasing, with more than 50,000 making the journey in the past three weeks, according to Filippo Grandi, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
In a post on X, Grandi said, “Material conditions inside Syria remain dire – more humanitarian and recovery assistance must be delivered to returnees and all those in need.”
