Jordan Daily – The Public Security Directorate (PSD) has introduced a new hotline within its Traffic Department to address inquiries, complaints, and reports. The service, which can be reached via WhatsApp at 0770999030, also allows the public to submit observations and multimedia content.
The directorate emphasized that all communications will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality and that responses will be prompt.
