Regus opens fifth location in Jordan, plans further expansion

Jordan Daily – Regus, part of the UK-based IWG group, has opened its fifth office space in Jordan, located at Ibrahimiah Plaza on King Abdullah II Street, near King Hussein Business Park.

The opening event was attended by prominent figures, including Senator Mohammad Dawoodia who patronized the event , Supark Prongthura, Ambassador of Thailand to Jordan , Ibrahim Abu Dayyeh the owner of Ibrahimia Plaza, Regus CEO Middle East and Africa Marc Descrozaille, and Middle East Country Manager Kory Thompson.

In a press conference , Kory Thompson, Middle East Country Manager, emphasized the company’s growth in Jordan “This is the fifth location, and we see great potential in the Jordanian market. We are actively looking for new locations, and this one at Ibrahimia Plaza is the first of many. We have two more locations coming soon, and we expect rapid growth in the next 18 to 24 months.”

Marc Descrozaille, CEO Middle East and Africa, outlined the company’s strategy: “Regus has been our core brand for 35 years, but we are also introducing HQ next year, which offers a more practical, easy-service approach. We are bringing different brands to cater to various clientele, ranging from luxurious and premium options to more affordable, corporate solutions.”

Ahmad Abu Dayyeh, representing Ibrahimiah Plaza, explained the local demand for co-working spaces: “We noticed a huge demand for co-working spaces, particularly from small and medium-sized businesses and startups. Regus, with its global experience, was the right partner to manage this business.”

Omar Abughosh, Regus Jordan Manager, added, “The Jordanian market is dynamic. We’ve been here since 2008, and we are expanding with multiple brands under the IWG umbrella to capture all market segments. We see great potential and plan to open more branches.”

Regus, which has been present in Jordan since 2008, offers fully equipped office spaces, virtual office services, meeting rooms, and Business Lounge memberships. The company operates over 4,000 locations worldwide, with existing branches in Jordan at The Boulevard, Wadi Saqra, Airport Road, Khalda, and now Ibrahimia Plaza. In addition to 2 locations to open in first quarter of 2025.
