Royal decrees pass draft laws, including cybercrimes law

Jordan Royal decrees were issued on Saturday, August 12, approving six draft laws, including the Cybercrimes and Traffic Laws.

The draft laws included: the amended law for the formation of Sharia courts for the year 2023, the amended Traffic Law for the year 2023, the Public-Private Partnership Projects Law for the year 2023, and the Cybercrimes Law for the year 2023, Al-Mamlaka News reported.

In addition, they included the amended Companies Law for the year 2023, and the law to repeal the ratification of the Participation Agreement in Petroleum Exploration, Evaluation, Development, and Production between the Natural Resources Authority of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and Ammonite Energy International Inc. in the Jafr Region and Central Jordan for the year 2023
