Jordan Daily – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi will begin a working visit to Russia on Wednesday, where he is scheduled to meet Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
Talks will focus on strengthening bilateral ties and expanding cooperation between Amman and Moscow across various fields, the ministry said in a statement.
Safadi and Lavrov will also discuss regional developments, particularly efforts to secure a permanent and comprehensive ceasefire in Gaza, end the ongoing hostilities, and ensure the immediate delivery of sufficient humanitarian aid to the besieged strip.
