EMRC’s Chairman, Ziad Al-Saaydeh, stated that the commission has issued 376 permits for the establishment of new electric vehicle charging stations to date. This move aims to expand the number of stations and charging points, facilitating the growing number of electric vehicle owners.
The first quarter of the current year saw a surge in the clearance of electric vehicles, with a total of 15,613 units, marking a 102% increase compared to the same period last year.
