Jordan Daily – Traffic Department on Tuesday began implementing a special traffic plan for the New Year celebrations, set to remain in place until all related events conclude.
Traffic Director Brig. Gen. Raed Al-Assaf said more than 2,000 officers and personnel, supported by 558 vehicles, will be deployed Kingdomwide, particularly around churches, hotels, tourist sites, shopping malls and markets, to ensure smooth traffic flow and maintain public order during the festivities.
