Trump criticizes Zelensky, seeks compensation for US support

Jordan Daily – President Donald Trump called for Ukraine to compensate the US for the aid provided during its conflict with Russia, criticizing the $350 billion given by the US compared to Europe’s $100 billion.

Speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), Trump demanded repayment in resources such as rare earth minerals and oil.

He also accused Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky of benefiting from US funds during the Biden administration and criticized him for rejecting a deal that would have granted US companies 50% ownership of Ukraine’s mineral resources.

Trump further labeled Zelensky a “dictator without elections.”
