Jordan Daily – U.S. Ambassador to Jordan Yael Lempert visited King Abdullah University Hospital on Saturday, a leading institution in research and education and a key provider of healthcare services to refugees.
During the visit, she met with the hospital’s Director General, Dr. Khaldoun Bashayreh.
Bashayreh said the ambassador toured the hospital’s facilities and visited the Princess Haya Biotechnology Center, which houses some of the country’s most advanced laboratories and supports staff training.
The ambassador also met with several leading female lab technicians who are doing remarkable work to save lives and prevent the spread of diseases.
