University of Petra Staff Club hosts annual Ramadan iftar

Jordan Daily – The University of Petra Staff Club held its annual iftar for academic and administrative staff and their families in celebration of Ramadan.

The event was hosted under the patronage of University President Prof. Rami Abdul Rahem and attended by the university’s senior advisor and Board of Trustees member, former Prime Minister Prof. Adnan Badran, as well as Staff Club President Prof. Eyad Al-Mallah.

Prof. Abdul Rahem highlighted the significance of such gatherings in fostering strong relationships among university employees, emphasizing their positive impact on workplace morale and productivity.

He also expressed appreciation for academic researchers contributing to the university’s global ranking, noting university’s progress, including international accreditations and the introduction of new programs aligned with local and regional market needs.
