Jordan Daily - Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs is working to enhance the role of imams and preachers to raise social awareness and counter extremist ideologies,Minister Mohammad Al-Khalaileh said Tuesday.
A recent survey found 78.2% of the public viewed the ministry's religious awareness programs as beneficial.
Khalaileh emphasized the ministry’s ongoing efforts to strengthen religious and societal values, promoting intellectual security and national awareness.
